- Residency in Psychiatry at UNICAMP (2003 to 2005), ranked first in the entrance exam.

- Head of the Psychiatric Consultation-Liaison Service at Hospital Vera Cruz (2010 to 2021) and Vera Cruz Casa de Saúde (2019 to 2021), assessing patients at the request of doctors from many specialties in the emergency room, ICU and wards: more than 800 psychiatric consultations in a general hospital.

Clinical psychiatry for adults and older adults, emphasizing the medical foundations of psychiatry and clinical psychopharmacology: mood and anxiety disorders, adult ADHD, psychotic disorders, conditions of aging and mental disorders in people with other medical illnesses, an area in which he has worked for more than a decade in general hospitals.
